Previous Weight: 292 lbs
New Weight: 289.5 lbs
Weekly Loss (Gain): 2.5 lbs
Total Loss: 7.5 lbs
7.5 pounds in 2 weeks. I'll take it, especially since I haven't even started exercising yet! This was a pivotal week for me and you can read all about it in my next journal entry.
